- Create folder \Program Files\Citrix\Web Interface\5.3.0\Clients\Windows\Online Plug-in
- Download here the CitrixOnlinePluginWeb.exe from: Citrix Online Plugin Version 12.0
- Now go to XenApp Web Site(s)-->right click XenApp site-->Client Deployment or follow below image
- Make sure Native Client is selected and click on Properties
- The new Web Client is available whenever there is no client installed or a client older than 12.0 is detected on the workstation.
- Select Client Detection and make sure Perform client detection at logon is selected and, if desired, select Offer upgrades for clients
- Click OK and test

how can we do installation forcefully without promting to download ( can we do a silent install

ReplyDelete1)Silent installation to the domain machines
2)Silent installation to the user’s home PC
#1 is possible through Group Policy Software installation tool
#2 is bit tricky since you may not have admin access to user’s home PC. Maximum I was able to do is to extract and package the client so that my home users were required to click on the Next button only once and then the remaining installation process completed automatically. Hiding the UI completely outside domain is not possible due to technical limitation unless someone have found a new way.
